Modelling Concept: Human Resources Professional Transformation in Manufacturing Company

This concept aims to meet the theoretical needs in answering problem for roles of human resource management function a manufacturing company which involve HR Division Line Manager. The proposed update is an evolutionary work called “Human Resource Professional Transformation”. Specifically, this discusses ability division line managers make adaptive changes company’s business-oriented functional divisions with managerial competence, commitment, innovation capability, and readiness changes. was born by synthesizing various search related scientific literature. Based on study, it can be concluded that resources professional transformation has potential improve performance division. Besides this, answers role integrates basis Human Analytics, Resources Transformation as competitive advantage strategy facing competition promoting success.
